EMEEN and Ethnic Minorities in Tech Innovation (EMIT) are delighted to congratulate Dr. James Uhomoibhi on his appointment to the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) Commission, covering Physics & International Development, and contributions to both the Irish and UK Commissions.
Dr. Uhomoibhi is a senior faculty member at Ulster University, within the School of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment, where he has built a distinguished career advancing research, education, and international collaboration. His appointment to the IUPAP Commission represents a significant recognition of decades of exemplary contribution to physics, interdisciplinary scholarship, and the global scientific community.
